Accessibility statement
Members Hacker wants everyone to be able to use our website, our app and the pages we run for the businesses we work with.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA on membershacker.com, the Members Hacker app, and every landing, offer and sign-up page we host for a business.
What we do
- Every image that carries meaning has a text description.
- Text and buttons meet the 4.5:1 contrast ratio.
- Every page works with a keyboard alone, with a visible outline that shows where you are, and starts with a "Skip to content" link.
- Every form field has a label, and errors say what to fix.
- Each page has one main heading and headings in order.
- Pages work when zoomed to 200%.
- We fix problems in our own code. We don't use an accessibility overlay.
- We check pages with automated tests (axe) on every release, plus manual keyboard checks.
Known limits
Some pages we host show content a business gives us, like photos. If you find something that doesn't work for you, tell us and we'll fix it.
Get help or report a problem
Email hello@membershacker.com. Tell us the page and what went wrong. We'll get back to you as soon as we can, and we can send what you need in another format.
